Fun Weekend with the Remingtons

Last weekend the Remingtons visited us from Arizona. We thought it was pretty cool that they would drive all this way to visit us, since not many people have since we moved. We didn't do too much sight-seeing or anything--mostly because all of the adults were sleep-deprived from late nights driving, working, or dealing with kids and the five boys were just having fun playing together with toys. Therefore, we don't have many pictures to document our fun. It was pretty fun just hanging out at home though, since they are the friends we spent the most time with when we lived in Arizona. Here is one picture of the three oldest boys swimming at our community pool.

We also went out to dinner one night, went to church on Sunday, played the Wii, played cards, and had separate boys' and girls' outings for the adults. (Kami and I had two consecutive nights of Lia Sophia shows, one in Houston and one here--hence most of the sleep deprivation--and Jim and Tim went downtown to check out the music scene.)

Thanks for coming guys--especially for enduring the long drive. It was fun to have you here!

Sounds like a lot of fun. The only time we have company is if someone wants Darin to work on their teeth or Darin's family to help work on our house. We need some fun in this family!

That is fantastic that they came out to see you. Which one of you is pushing Lia Sophia?
