Garden Update (Sort of)

I've pretty much let my garden go to pot the past month because of the heat, the weeds getting out of control and my plants getting to the end of their fruit and veggie bearing. I plan to clear it out completely and start over in September with some winter vegetables. In the meantime, I am a gardener without trying. I was outside in the front yard this evening and I discovered these:
